In Digigarson every sale, payment, void and discount is recorded together with who did it. The reports in the management panel turn these records into signs of loss and leakage, staff performance and table turnover.
Sales and till reports
Look at sales from different angles with product, category, till, staff and payment-type reports. The Z report shows who collected how much, per person; Z reports of past days can be printed again by choosing the date.
Suspicious activity
Actions that may point to loss or leakage are gathered in one list. The list is a signal, not an accusation; the decision is yours.
- Changing the payment method on a closed check
- Deleting a paid check
- Price cuts of 30% or more, discounts of 20% or more
- Voids made long after the order was entered
- Reversing a payment and taking it again with another method
Staff control scorecard and performance
Each staff member's voids, discounts, comps and price changes are shown side by side with what they sold. Staff with a high loss rate relative to their sales stand out.
Table turnover
See how long tables stay open and plan your seating capacity and staffing accordingly.
Audit log
Who voided, discounted, took a payment or deleted, on which check and when — it is all in the audit log. Critical actions need a permission; staff without it cannot perform them.

Can I see my staff's voids and discounts?
Yes. Voids, discounts, comps and deletions are written to the audit log together with who did them; the staff control scorecard groups them per person.
What does the suspicious activity report show?
Actions that may point to loss or leakage: payment method changes on closed checks, deleted paid checks, large price cuts and discounts, late voids.
Can I get the Z report of a past day?
Yes. Z reports of past days can be printed again at the till by choosing the date.
