Scope

This notice covers only this website and our contact channels. The customer and sales data of businesses using the Digigarson software is governed separately by the service agreement with those businesses.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies, local storage or any similar identifier, and does not track you across sites. That is why no cookie consent is requested. The pages contain no third-party ads, social media plugins or fonts.

Server logs

When you visit the site, the server it runs on keeps the technically necessary connection logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system details, and the referring address. These logs are used to keep the site secure and to detect attacks and errors; they are kept for a short time and then deleted automatically. Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest).

Visit statistics

To see in aggregate which pages are read, we may use a cookieless visit statistics tool (Umami) running on our own server. It does not store your IP address, does not give you a persistent identifier and does not share data with third parties; it only keeps aggregate counts such as page views, country, device and browser type, and referring site. Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest).

When you contact us

When you reach us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, the information you share (your name, phone number, e-mail address, business name and message) is processed only to answer your request, run the demo and offer process and, if you become a customer, to conclude the contract. Legal bases: KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) (conclusion or performance of a contract) and Art. 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest). This information is not added to marketing lists and is not sold.

WhatsApp and transfers abroad

WhatsApp is a service operated by Meta Platforms; when you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages pass through that service's servers and may be processed abroad. If you prefer not to use this channel, you can call us. The site is hosted in a data centre in Germany (European Union); transfers are made in line with the conditions of KVKK Art. 9.

Who it is shared with

Your personal data is shared only with the hosting and communication infrastructure providers we use, to the extent the service requires, and with authorised public bodies where the law requires it.

Retention

Contact correspondence is deleted or anonymised once your request has been settled and the periods required by law have passed. If you become a customer, it is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and the statutory retention periods.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred
• Ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7
• Ask for corrections and deletions to be notified to third parties it was transferred to
• Object to a result against you arising solely from analysis by automated systems
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing
